Junior Lessons

Players can enter into lessons at any age and standard. We will have a group that will suit your requirements. The aim is to place players into a group that will maximise their development process and enjoyment of the game.

With many different programs and lessons running every afternoon/evening during the week there are many opportunities to get involved.

  • ANZ HOT SHOTS for 4 to 12 yr olds (FREE T SHIRT) upon registration
  • Progression through to intermediate and eventually advanced group lessons.
  • These lessons run for 45 min. A free trial introductory lesson is available.

Currently, a 10 week program of 45 minute group lessons is $155.

Intermediate & Advanced Group Lessons

As your skills develop you will progress into more advanced levels of training. At this stage of development, there is a greater focus on advancing skills and technique acquisition, along with patterns of play and match strategies.

Currently, a 10 week program of 45 minute group lessons is $155.

Squad and Muscle Memory Training Programs

For those players wanting to take up extra training there are opportunities to join the unique muscle memory program. For those showing particular promise and desire to go further there are invitational squad groups available. These lessons are normally in addition to regular coaching as focus is more directed towards a more intense training environment.

Currently, a 10 week program of 90 minute group lessons is $140.

Private & Semi-Private Lessons

For players looking to progress at a faster rate, private lessons are a fantastic way to address specific areas of your game for improvement in a personalised, one-on-one environment.

2014 prices for private and semi-private lessons are as follows

  • 30 minutes – $37.50
  • 45 minutes – $55
  • 60 minutes – $75

Private lessons are available at days and times to suit your schedule.

Fast Fit Cardio Tennis & Blokes Night (Adult Programs)

This is a high energy workout that will have you and your friends picking up a racquet and heading to the tennis courts. It doesn’t matter if you play regularly or have never before, because Cardio Tennis is open to people of all ages, abilities and fitness levels.

During a 60 minute workout, women can burn around 300 to 500 calories per hour and men can burn between 500 to 800 calories per hour. So take the step to having fun and feeling great.

Programs run for a period of 8 weeks for $96 or a casual rate of $15 per session.

Holiday Programs

During term breaks there are always coaching clinics available to participate in along with Round Robin tournaments and ANZ Hot Shots Play days. These are great days to enjoy during your holiday.
